Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pyjama Drop. We want you to love your sleepwear, but if you need to make a return, we are here to help.

1. Returns Window

You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, requests made after this 30-day window cannot be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return & Hygiene Policy

Given the nature of our sleepwear products, hygiene and quality control are extremely important. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be completely unworn and unwashed.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, free from any odours, pet hair, or signs of wear.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these strict hygiene standards.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions for Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. In the case of verified faulty items, your return shipping costs will be refunded to you after the item has been inspected upon arrival.

4. Exchanges

We may offer an exchange for a different size or style, provided the item meets our condition requirements (unworn, unwashed, tags attached). If your preferred replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a standard refund instead.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or report a faulty item, please reach out to our customer support team at info@pyjamadrop.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps and provide the return address.

6. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
